Cancellation & Refunds
CANCELLATION RIGHTS FOR DISPATCHED PRODUCTS
The consumer has a legal right to cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 during the period set out below.
It means that, if the consumer has changed his mind and do not want to receive the products he can notify us to cancel the contract and received his payment back.
However, you will not have right to cancel the contract and apply for refund in below circumstances
The product is not in its original condition, like un packed product, handle carelessness, broken, damaged, or treated in a way which cause it no longer marketable to other customer due to health and safety reasons.
Where the Product(s) have been customized to your requested specifications.
End of the cancellation period
We allowed 3 days after the day on which you received the products to return it as per our return policy,
As an example, if we dispatch the products on 1st June and you received the product on 4th Jun, then you can return it within next 3 days from the date you have received the products, which is 7th June in this case.
When returning the products, you are strongly recommended to carefully pack the items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We will refund the price you have paid for the products, however please ready below further notes
If you have availed any discount during the purchases, we will only return the price you paid not the actual price of products
If you have paid any delivery cost, this will be only refundable if the products are not dispatched, if the products are dispatched to you and after that you cancelled the order, the delivery cost you paid will not be refundable
If you cancelled the order or return the products to us, we process the refunds within 14 days from the day we received back the product,
Time period of refund credited to your account will be based on the payment method you have used to pay, and the refund will be credited to the same credit or debit card or PayPal account originally used to make the purchases, unless we get the specific request from you to refund it in alternative way.
If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
